Open Positions

Voltas Beko is hiring for two key roles in the Washing Machine Production – Assembly Line department:

1️⃣ Executive – Washing Machine Production (Assembly Line)

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech with minimum 3+ years of relevant production experience
  OR
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with minimum 5+ years of experience

Mandatory Requirement:
✔ Must have prior experience in the Home Appliance – Washing Machine Industry
✔ Knowledge of assembly line operations, manpower handling, daily production management, and quality standards

2️⃣ Assistant Manager – Washing Machine Production (Assembly Line)

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech with minimum 5+ years of experience in washing machine production
  OR
• Diploma with minimum 8+ years of experience in the same domain

Mandatory Requirement:
✔ Strong background in Washing Machine assembly line management
✔ Experience in quality control, production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
✔ Ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and meet production targets consistently

Key Responsibilities (For Both Positions)

Professionals joining as Executive or Assistant Manager will be responsible for core production activities such as:

• Managing complete production activities on the washing machine assembly line
• Ensuring adherence to daily production schedules and targets
• Handling manpower allocation, operator training, and team coordination
• Monitoring quality checkpoints, performing defect analysis, and ensuring quality compliance
• Driving process optimization, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensuring proper material flow, usage, and inventory control
• Supporting new product trials, line balancing, and engineering changes
• Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
• Coordinating with QA, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations teams
• Ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality assembly line output
