ENCO is a Tier-1 automotive stamping & welding supplier to Maruti Suzuki, running 6 plants across North & West India. We’re looking for someone to own cycle time, capacity, yield, safety-by-design and automation strategy across all our plants — not just execute fixes but build the pipeline.

Day one project: debottlenecking a plant running over 100% utilisation.

You should have:
* 5-10+ years in process/production engineering, automotive preferred
* A real track record of cycle-time or OEE improvement
* The instinct to own the fix, not just flag the problem

Based out of Gurugram/Dharuhera, with travel across our plants.
