1️⃣ Sr. NPD Engineer – 1 Position (Male)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage new product development (NPD) activities from concept to implementation.
• Handle MIS and costing-related reports with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective product designs.
• Possess both technical and commercial knowledge related to fabrication, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and quality teams for part validation and process approvals.
Skills Required: Excellent Excel reporting, analytical thinking, vendor coordination, and manufacturing knowledge.

2️⃣ NPD Engineer – 2 Positions (Male)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Position 1 – Fabrication Focus:
• Must have solid knowledge of manufacturing fabrication parts and process flow.
• Work on product development, vendor trials, and drawing validation.

Position 2 – Casting Focus:
• Must possess deep knowledge of casting and machining processes.
• Support new development of casting components and ensure process accuracy.

Common Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with suppliers for prototype development and PPAP submissions.
• Prepare technical documentation and coordinate product trials.
• Support the senior team in improving manufacturability and cost reduction.

3️⃣ SQA Engineer – 1 Position (Male)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers for casting and fabrication components.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor parts and casting manufacturing processes, perform incoming inspection, and ensure part conformity.
