Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Officer / Sr. Officer – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across automotive and auto-component functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple departments.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business expectations.
  • Execute talent sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Manage hiring for niche automotive roles, including production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and support functions.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and headhunting for critical positions.
  • Screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, assess fitment, and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support long-term hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring analytics.
  • Manage candidate experience and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to meet manpower targets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities, and internal mobility programs.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in automotive or auto-component industry hiring.
  • Strong capability in talent sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting.
