📌 Position Details

• Designation: AGM – Quality
• Location: Ghiloth, Rajasthan
• Industry: Air Conditioner Manufacturing
• Qualification: B. Tech (Engineering)
• Experience: 18 – 25 Years

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the entire Quality Function with full operational responsibility.
2. Ensure ISO standard compliance and adherence to BIS regulations.
3. Work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Oversee and strengthen Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes.
5. Analyze customer quality feedback and field performance data, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
6. Implement and maintain robust quality systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all operations.
