We are currently looking for an experienced Support – Stores professional for our Greater Noida manufacturing location. This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to store operations, inventory control, ERP systems, and audit compliance in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

🏭 Role Overview
The Support – Stores professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end stores operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth material flow, and system compliance. The role plays a critical part in supporting production continuity, cost control, and audit readiness.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in raw material handling, finished goods management, ERP-based inventory control, and coordination with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods
- Ensure accurate inventory posting and tracking in ERP systems (such as SAP or equivalent)
- Maintain real-time stock visibility and ensure timely system updates
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
- Reconcile physical inventory vs. system stock and investigate variances
- Ensure proper material identification, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and traceability
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and 5S standards in stores
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, stock aging, and material movement

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management
- Strong exposure to automotive or manufacturing plant environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of FIFO, traceability, and material handling best practices
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on the shop floor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
