HR Operations & Employee Processes

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, records, and documentation.

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction training.

  • Drive employee engagement, communication, and welfare activities.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Law

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Minimum Wage, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour regulations.

  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, contractor compliance, and labour audit requirements.

Payroll, Attendance & Performance

  • Handle monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and appraisal process.

  • Maintain HRMS / ERP data accuracy and reporting.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Address employee queries, grievances, discipline cases, and support the IR framework.

  • Conduct conflict resolution grounded in company policy and labour law.

Administration & Facility Management

  • Coordinate security personnel, housekeeping activities, facility upkeep, and vendor services.

  • Ensure safety, hygiene, asset management, and smooth daily operations.

  • Support internal and external audits with documentation and compliance processes.
