About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Dispatch to oversee end-to-end dispatch operations and ensure seamless customer deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, supplier management, and ERP systems, preferably within the automotive manufacturing domain.

• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of materials as per customer schedules.
• Manage POD updates, dispatch documentation, and ERP entries accurately.
• Coordinate with customers for queries, delivery status, and confirmations.
• Handle dispatch-related and logistics issues independently.
• Maintain proper records and reports for daily operations.
• Liaise with Gujarat-based suppliers for smooth material flow and supply chain efficiency.

Skills & Competencies Required
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of dispatch, logistics, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and SAP systems for daily operational reporting and data accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with MSIL or SMG will be highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
