1. Sheet-Metal Design Engineer
Key Skills:
- Sheet-metal component design (fenders, hood, brackets, etc.)
- Proficiency in UG NX
- DFMEA, tolerance analysis
- Prototype development & validation
2. Linkage System Engineer
Key Skills:
- 3-point linkage & hitch system design
- Structural strength & durability analysis
- DFMEA & design reviews
- Knowledge of standards: ISO 730, ASABE
3. Harness Component Expert
Key Skills:
- Connectors, terminals, clips, insulation
- DVP testing
- Tools: UG NX, Capital XC & Logic, Catia V5, Vesys
- Supplier coordination & cost optimization
4. CAE – Crash & Safety
Key Skills:
- Expertise in ANSA
- Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Primer
